You can edit text one of two ways. Either you highlight the word(s) you want and then click on an icon or you can click the icon before writing the text and reclick the icon again to get rid of the change (as long as the text is still highlighted). It is also possible to use more than one font formation.

- Bold exaggerates the original size of the text. |
- italic is often used for emphasis to distinguish or otherwise set off certain words within text. |
- underline in web browsers, default settings typically distinguish hyperlinks by underlining them (and usually changing their color). |
- strikethrough indicates recently-deleted information. |
- subscript is a number, figure, symbol, or indicator that appears smaller than the normal line of type and is set slightly below it. |
- superscript is a number, figure, symbol or indicator that appears smaller than the normal line of type and is slightly above it. |
- This icon changes the colour selected text. There will be given a selection of colours you can use on the left hand side of the screen. |
- This icon changes the background of selected text. There will also be a colour selection on the left hand side of the screen. |
- These are the selections of text that are usable when editing your page. |
- These are the selections of text sizes you are able to use when editing your page. |
